Real estate is about owning and building your own business and brand. For the first 14 years of my career, I was in startup mode, doing everything myself—from listings and buyer negotiations to transaction coordination, marketing, branding, and more. This made it challenging to manage more than 30 transactions a year. I realized that real growth required a change in mindset and a focus on building for the future.
In 2018, I transformed my business, Heather Herr – Realtor®, into Team Herr Real Estate. I invested significant time, money, and energy into building a robust back-office team infrastructure, enhancing technology, expanding marketing efforts, and hiring a business manager with expertise in brand building and scaling.
Over the past four years, we have grown our annual sales volume from $15 million to a projected $100 million—an impressive 7x growth.
