I never wanted my own brokerage, but I have always dreamed of building my own brand.

I spent my first 14 years in real estate in startup mode (like most agents) — doing everything myself. Listing appointments, working with buyers, negotiations, transaction coordination, marketing, branding, the list goes on and on. I could never do more than 30-ish transactions a year. I was burning out and realized real growth was untenable without changing my mindset and building for the future.

In 2018, I decided that I needed to transform my business (Heather Herr – Realtor®) into a brand (Team Herr Real Estate). I invested heavily (time, money, and energy) in building back-office team infrastructure, technology, marketing, and a business manager with expertise in building and scaling brands.

In the last 4 years, I have grown my business from $15M in annual sales volume to a projected $105M for this calendar year ~7x growth. 

Real Trends recently released their 2022 rankings, and we are proud to announce Team Herr (for the first time ever) was recognized as the #1 Small Team Sales Volume Producer in the entire State of Ohio — nearly $13M (17%) more than the #2 Small Team.

Now, I want to support other leading teams and agents in doing the exact same thing (7x growth) … but not as their broker; instead, as frontline support and coach to help them independently and autonomously build their own brands and transform their businesses.
