Nikki Hayden is a licensed Realtor in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida, servicing buyers and sellers. With a background of over 25 years in sales prior to entering real estate, she is an expert negotiator and a strong advocate for her clients.

In the last 12 months, Nikki's buy-side production placed her in the Top 9% of Hamilton County. In 2023, she sold 61 houses, achieving over $31 million in sales volume. As of July 2024, she has already sold 46 houses, exceeding $22 million in sales volume. Nikki was featured on the cover of Cincinnati Real Producers Magazine in May 2024, showcasing her significant accomplishments and dedication to her profession. Additionally, she has been appointed for a third term as an associate director of the Northern Kentucky Building Industry Association.

Nikki grew up in Cincinnati, attended Mother of Mercy High School, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in business. She is an alumna of Chi Omega and was a leader on campus. Although she lived in California and Georgia, she returned to Cincinnati to raise her family in Mason, Ohio. Nikki has been a board member of her condo association at The Views in Covington and owned property in Madeira. She now resides in Covington, Kentucky, having lived in Burlington and Florence.

Nikki's daughter, Olivia, is 20 years old and attends Western Kentucky University, majoring in nursing. Her son, Cole, is 18 and attends the University of Kentucky, majoring in International Business.

Before moving to America, Maria had an exciting professional career in linguistics, fashion reporting and event hosting. After graduating cum laude in Roman Languages from Moscow State University with post-graduate studies in Italian Linguistics, she worked for several years as a simultaneous interpreter, recognized as #1 on the market by institutions such as the Italian embassy, Italian Chamber of Commerce and Institute of Italian Culture. Her relentless ambition and professional reputation led her to work with world renowned artists, actors, singers, politicians, photographers, wine critics, and Michelin chefs. This exposure brought her to the attention of the Italian fashion houses, where she became an ambassador to the Russian market for several prominent brands. Her success eventually landed her a role hosting the TV program "Fashion reporter," broadcast internationally by the World Fashion Channel, where she covered the latest collections of legendary houses like Armani, Versace and Etro from fashion weeks in Milan, Paris and Moscow. Now recognized as among the best English-speaking presenters in Moscow, she went on to host several international world-class events for clients including Euronews Sportaccord Awards and the FIFA World Cup 2018.

Maria has been recognized as Rookie of the Year in her first 2 years selling Real Estate and has been helping families and clients for over 12 years.
